Dummy images can be used as placeholders when building a website or landing page and the images you want aren't yet ready. This allows you to see how the content will appear when formatted on your page.
This tool is completely free to use and will assist you in quickly and easily creating dummy images for your designs in order to keep your project moving forward.
You can make a dummy image with one color or use the Stock Image tab to select an image of people, food, or a landscape.
How Can I Make a Dummy Image?
It's really that simple!
Here's how it's done:
Choose the image size, format, and color/type. You can also change the color of your text and add text to your image.
Your image will then be created by the Dummy Image Generator. You can view the image's true dimensions by clicking on it.
When you're satisfied with how your image looks, click "Download Image" to save it to your computer.
Your image is now complete and ready to be uploaded to your website as a placeholder!
